Hi, I recently had this exact same problem. When the 3 lights came on the dash, car went into limp mode. Left the car for a couple of hours and drove 30 odd miles homes. Drove around locally for the next few days and all seemed fine except for the warning lights on dash. On my way to the dealer for them to look at resetting the lights the car went into limp mode on a dual carriage. way :o . Had to pull over and call the AA. Diagnostics reader showed an airflow error reading and low battery (The handbrake / low battery fault is a red herring) causing the handbrake light to illuminate red. The actual cause of the fault was a split airflow pipe as per pictures. After this was replaced car has run without issues.

I would check this pipe - check the underneath too, as mine was split on the underside too.
You will need to remove this but is very easy. Just slacken off the 2 small bolts, one on either side of the hose which loosen the jubilee clips

Hope this helps you and others :D

I'm going to be checking for that fault too now I'm on my second diesel!

And, I think I'll keep a roll of electrical tape in the glove box! :geek:

Hi same issue has arisen om my car and this has also affected the Electronic park break hold.
Can you recomend a supplier for the hose?

Glad it has helped you guys too.

@Ged R mine was ordered through Honda dealer and is an easy DIY job provided you have the socket to loosen of the 2 small bolts.
