Hi all
I had exactly this problem. My car is a 1.6 idtec. Honda dealership replaced the same hose. Also had parking brake red light flash . It as nothing to do with the parking brake.
It is the STOP/START switch. This too was replaced by the Honda dealership.

Hello all new member here. My Daughter has the same warning light park brake fault and limp mode. The hose was split which I’ve repaired while waiting new one. Do you need the fault codes cleared or will they go on their own. Many thanks. I did introduce myself in a previous post. Incidentally the RAC mans code reader wouldn’t read faults on Hondas, is this usual.

Hi Guys,
The above read out was from the RAC when my car went into limp mode with all the accossiated Electronic Parking lights flashing on the dashboard.
I've discovered through these posts that I also have a cracked Air To Turbo hose.
Alarms have gone out by themselves but had been recurring after a few months.
Ordered a new hose for 44 pound and an air filter while I'm at it.
Hope the new hose does the trick

I have the same problem, the same controls light up as most of you, the hose is cracked. I'm booked in for a service, but I have to use a towing service. I wanted to go to the service station, so I sealed the hose with mounting tape. Unfortunately, after starting for about 2 minutes, the lights are still on, which made me sad.
Hi, I had a few issues resulting in in limp mode and my dash lighting up like a Christmas tree, which seems to be the defacto response to any error my hrv throws lol.
I had the O2 error and promptly resolved with a new air box to turbo hose, which had cracked and a little clean of the O2 sensor, which cleared the air related error codes and had no recurrence.
Also had an error relating to the ignition. I simply removed the push start module, took it apart and gave it a good clean with some wd40 and it's good as new and starts every time with no error codes.
Finally, I was getting fuel rail pressure issues and ended up being a replacement fuel filter was all that was needed, along with a full service and it's running like new with no error codes whatsoever.
Mines just over 76k miles and no evidence honda ever replaced the fuel filter in all the services it's had. Took it to my local garage rather than honda and they did a "proper" service.

I thought that after sealing the crack and after starting it up, the flashing lights would disappear. But apparently I was wrong. I originally thought that if the lights went out, I would drive about 20 miles to the service center and have the hose replaced there. It looks like I will have to use a towing service to transport the car to the service
