Shortage of Spark Plugs
My 3yr old eHRV went for its 3rd Annual Service yesterday and i was informed that the Spark plugs (part of the 3 Yr. Service) could not be changed as they are out of stock and on back order. When asked when they will be available I was told probably March. This will then mean another visit to have them fitted! Anyway, everything else was done including its first MOT with no issues!!

Request your dealer to post them to you as soon as in stock and change them yourself. Take you 10 minutes and save you a trip. Dealer will probably be delighted as it will free up time in their workshop.
