I took possession of my ZRV Advance in March 24
Prior to my purchase my test drive in the ZRV Advance had blind side recognition mirrors
The dealership did not make me aware that my new ZRV Advance did not have blind side mirrors and I failed to spot this on collection and only realised when on the motorway home when it failed to recognise a car undertaking me
I called the dealership and was told it was due to a shortage in micro chips and this was now remedied on the latest model ( thought I’d purchased the latest model and paid full price)
I contacted Honda about this and their reply was that there would be no recall for retro fitting mirrors and it was down to the dealership to rectify it
Needless to say my dealership has no intention of retro fitting my mirrors and offering no compensation
In conclusion I like my car but feel I’ve been let down by Honda and the dealership and will be wary when it comes to renew in 2027
