Apart from the fact that YET AGAIN, he has the details wrong, calling it a CVT gear box.
Good explanation of the instruments and controls.

He got more than CVT wrong.

1. It does have wireless Apple Carplay (all trim levels)
2. Doesn't have heated rear wiper blade but does have heated front wiper glass area and screen at driver's A pillar.
3. If the drive mode switch is set at ECON when car is switch off, on start it stays on ECON.
4. Door/window settings doesn't change how many doors lock/unlock only changes whether the indicators come on when doors are locked/unlocked, the only time the doors don't unlock is when the tailgate is opened.
5. Didn't really explain how to set the cruise control setup properly.

Well, he's only trying to sell them, you don't expect him to know the details of the product.
Before the Kodiaq line started running I knew more about the ca than any of the salesman I came across.
When I sold cars in the '60's I knew every nut and bolt of every car in the range. Admittedly no tech what soever in those days. when I was 12 I could name every car on British roads just by the radiator grille.
I must admit, never having had ACC I would not know how to set it up, but I'm sure I could get the hang of it n 5 minutes.

I agree, calling it a CVT gearbox when it’s not can be frustrating, especially when people rely on these videos for accurate details. That said, a clear explanation of the instruments and controls can still be useful, especially for someone new to the model. It’s a mixed bag, but I guess every review has its strong points and flaws.

I actually create similar videos on my YouTube channel, “TechRide Insights.” For editing, I’ve been using tools like Movavi, which helps a lot with image formatting, like converting PNGs using https://www.movavi.com/image-converter/ ... erter.html. It keeps my visuals clean and professional, which makes a big difference in the final product. If you’re into car reviews, feel free to share your favorite creators—I’m always looking for new perspectives!
